Plantain on a twig with fish ! What a style !

Skewers feasible with or without a garden. A very natural recipe.

Ingredients for 6 skewers :
2 thick fillets of julienne fish
1 yellow sweet pepper
6 cherry tomatoes
1 bag of 312g of sweet plantain or 10-12 pieces

Put the sweet pepper in the oven for 30 minutes at 160°C. Turn it around after 15 minutes. The skin will sweel, and It will be easier to take it off. Without Its skin, the sweet pepper is more digestible. Cut small rectangles inside.
Chop the cubes in the julienne fish.
Cut in 2 the sweet plantain to decrease the lenght by 2.
Previously, de-freeze the plantain in 4 minutes with the microwave.
Cut in 2 the cherry tomatoes which are put at the top and at the bottom of the spit.
For the rest, alternate fish, plantain, and sweet pepper.
Put the skewer on the side of your roasting tin so they will only hang by the tip of the skewers, the dish recuperates the cooking juices. Put it in the oven on the grill and cook for 15 minutes.
Take it out of the oven, don't forget the salt and the pepper.
